I HAVE A VERY BUSY YEAR AHEAD AND JUST WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT CANCELATIONS MUST BE 48 HRS NOTICE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED I RUN A BUSY BUSINESS AND WOULD LIKE TO PROVIDE THE BEST SERVICE I CAN FOR ALL CLIENTS. REMINDER I NEED AS MUCH NOTICE AS YOU CAN FOR GROOMING AS I HAVE AROUND 200 DOGS OR SO I NEED TO RESHEDULE ON A REGULAR BASIS. OR I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GROOM YOUR DOG!.
EVEN IF A BOOKING IS MADE AND ITS TOO SOON BEFORE HAIR GROWS BACK OR NEEDS DOING I CAN RE ARRANGE, AS LONG AS I HAVE THAT NOTICE.
